HOW DO YOU COLLECT THE DATA?

To start collecting TruRating customer insight, you will first need to download the TruRating application onto your payment terminals.

Once installed, the TruRating application acts as a point-of-payment rating system, giving each of your customers a chance to have a say when they pay. During each customer payment, one, simple anonymous question will appear on the terminal screen. Consumers will be able to rate an aspect of their experience with you by pressing 0-9 (0 is terrible, 9 amazing). This could be, for example, Please rate the service from 0-9 or Please rate the product range from 0-9. Questions can even be customised to enable you to gather insight on the issues important to you.

Each consumer rating then feeds your business dashboard, accessible online or via the app.
